Leadership, for me, has never been only about performance.
I was born in Ecuador and grew up influenced by different perspectives on leadership, discipline, and service. My father, a military man and entrepreneur, taught me resilience and commitment. My mother, who worked with the United Nations and the World Bank, and my grandmother, who dedicated part of her life to social initiatives, taught me that leadership should also create a positive impact in the world around us.
Today, holding two passports and having worked across different cultures and high-pressure environments, I believe leadership is ultimately about adaptability, trust, and human connection.
My career has taken me through engineering, customer service, and leadership roles in safety-critical industries where pressure, responsibility, and precision are part of daily life. Those experiences taught me that strong leadership is not only about expertise or results, but about how leaders communicate, respond under pressure, and create confidence in uncertain moments.
Like many professionals, my journey was not linear. I learned through setbacks, reinvention, self-learning, and continuously stepping outside my comfort zone. One thing has remained constant: I deliver on my commitments.
Today, I help newly promoted corporate leaders develop executive presence, strategic leadership, and confidence so they can succeed faster in demanding leadership roles with clarity and authenticity.
I am passionate about supporting people who are willing to take action, embrace growth, and approach challenges with a “yes, we can” mindset.
As a Doctor in Engineering Design and Advanced Manufacturing with coaching training and experience in high-performance environments, I bring both structure and humanity into leadership development.
If my approach resonates with you, reach out. I will take care of the next steps.
