Why work with me?

Our journey together

Most leadership challenges today are not caused by a lack of knowledge.

They come from how leaders operate under pressure.

In complex environments, with constant information and increasing expectations, many managers are not lacking capability, they are navigating without at full speed without time to clear their internal system.

This is where my work focuses.

I want to drive a journey together where we will create your own Management Presence Framework, a practical approach that helps leaders move from reactive management to intentional, calm presence.

It is built on three core dimensions:

Regulate

Leaders learn to manage their internal state under pressure: understanding their emotional regulation needs, energy awareness, and the ability to recognize when they are operating on autopilot.

Clarify

They build the ability to see clearly when entropy is high: separating facts from assumptions, prioritizing effectively, and slowing down their thinking to improve decision quality.

Direct

They strengthen their capacity to lead with intention: understand their own decision making process without full certainty, holding direction under pressure, and communicating in a way that creates real commitment.

This is what I call Management Presence:

The ability to regulate yourself, create clarity, and direct with intention, when it matters most.

My Qualifications

My background combines:

  • A PhD in engineering and innovation - Leadership within Technological Industries (MIT-Portugal)
  • 10+ years in high-responsibility roles at Airbus
  • Executive training (eCornell, ICF-certified coaching)

This allows me to bridge two worlds: operational excellence and human leadership.

I want to offer opportunities for self-growth and support where most matters.

I work with leaders who:

  • have stepped into new roles
  • need to perform quickly
  • and want to lead with clarity, confidence, and sustainable impact

Because leadership today is not about doing more. It’s about operating differently.
