I am a corporate manager and leadership coach supporting leaders who want to grow with intention in times of complexity and change. In a world shaped by artificial intelligence, constant information, and rising uncertainty, I want to give managers the opportunity to focus on what truly creates value: clear decisions, strong commitments, and empowered people.
As an early adopter of AI and a mindful leader, I combine practical business thinking with self-awareness, mindfulness, and a long-term vision to build sustainable performance.
My approach is grounded in real-world leadership experience and shaped by working across cultures and complex environments.


My Personal Journey


My journey has been shaped by both international exposure and inner transformation. Living and working across Ecuador, Slovakia, Portugal, and Germany has not only strengthened my resilience and adaptability but also deepened my ability to truly listen, understand, and connect across cultures and perspectives.

Along the way, I experienced firsthand the demands and pressures of leadership, the moments of uncertainty, and the weight of responsibility, without guidance at the start. Covid reshape the world, and at the same time, the working conditions and the quiet questions about direction, impact, and meaning were forgotten in the problem-solving momentum of the daily business. And at that moment Coaching became the space where the experiences could be integrated and flourish, not just managed. 

Today, I want to give back and build on my seniority. Coaching is the space where I support leaders in doing the deeper work, navigating transitions, leading through complexity, and stepping into the next version of themselves with clarity and intention.

With a grounded “yes, we can” mindset and a collaborative, trust-based communication style, I help turn insight into action and ambition into sustainable progress. I work with leaders who are ready to build self-managed, high-performing teams while staying connected to their values.

My management philosophy remains simple: we deliver on our commitments, and we do so with humanity.
