Energy is not endless. It is managed.

Which energy do you need to restore?

Energy creates impact

Many of us try to improve impact by managing time.

In today's AI speed world, the real question is: What energy am I bringing into what I do?

Energy shapes how we show up, connect, decide, and create change.

There are four forms of energy worth protecting:

Physical energy → the foundation

Our body, rhythm, mood, and ability to create.

Emotional energy → the energy of connection

Our motivation, relationships, and ability to support others.

Mental energy → the energy of decisions

Our clarity, focus, and capacity to choose what matters.

Spiritual energy → the energy of purpose

The sense that what we do has meaning.

When one area becomes depleted, the others often follow.

And recovery is not only sleep.

We need different kinds of rest:

physical, mental, social, creative, emotional, spiritual, and sensory.

One small practice:

Take a meaningful 10-minute walk without your phone.

No messages.

No podcast.

Just enough space to recover your rhythm because growth requires energy.

And change requires enough recovery to keep moving.
